The protection of our investors is central to us. In addition to the loan check, all loans are covered by Generali's death insurance up to a residual credit amount of CHF 100,000. In other words, the residual credit sum is not transferred to the heirs in the event of death, but is taken over by Generali. Should a loan default occur, our solidarity agreement will cover the losses that are spread over all investors in a loan category and rating stage and protect them from a total loss through diversification.
Measures to protect our investors
The security of our investors is particularly important to us. As a result, we have taken the correct measures to decrease risk. Any credit published on our online platform goes through a strict credit audit process. Currently more than 80% of the loans are rejected because they do not meet our criteria. Furthermore, all loans are hedged with Generali's death insurance up to a residual credit amount of CHF 100'000.
A further measure for the protection of our investors is the secured loans (rating level AAA). Individuals as well as SME borrowers have the opportunity to deposit with us a basic debt. Our borrowers benefit from a lower interest rate and our investors, who are less likely to take a high risk, will be given an AAA rating class with a very low risk. Our most important measure is the solidarity agreement. With us, all investors within a credit category and rating level are solidly sound, should a loan default occur.

High diversification thanks to our solidarity arrangement
Periodic and reliable repayments of your investments
The solidarity agreement - Our investors are solidly committed
What happens when a credit is lost? For this particular case, we have defined our solidarity agreement. Liability for a credit default is borne solidly by all investors of the same credit category and rating level. On the basis of an example, we would like to show you how our solidarity agreement works in particular.
A personal loan of rating C has failed. The outstanding credit amount is CHF 7'500. The total sum of the credit rating for the private credit category is CHF 1'200'000. In this case, the portion of the outstanding loan amount is 0.63%. Each investor in the private and credit rating category C is solidly held liable with 0.63% of its investments. An investor has invested CHF 500 in this credit category and rating. With the next possible payment, CHF 3.15 will be deducted from its repayment.

can i trust creditgate24 with my investments?
Administrative trust by CreditGate24
CreditGate24 is commissioned by the investors to cover the credit relationship as a service provider throughout the term of the investor agreement.
The investor agreement regulates the sale, assignment and administration as part of the takeover of the credit relationship. This design allows the investor as well as the borrower the necessary discretion.
Financing of the credit management via the investor fee
At CreditGate24, we assume the full support of the credit agreement from the credit application. Starting with the credit check, through the financing of our investors, to the payment, and the monitoring of the monthly amortization and interest payments until the end of the contract period. A fee of 1% will be deducted from CreditGate24 from each monthly repayment (amortization and interest payment) to the investors for this service. Should CG24 fail, the role of the service provider would be transferred to a salvage company and the management of all current credit terms would be taken over by a partner trust office. The investor fee of 1% on the monthly repayments of the entire then existing credit portfolio ensures that the costs for the administration of the credit relationship are covered by the end of the respective term of the contract.
